 * People using P6 systems that *require* memory mapped I/O, need to use
 * the AHC_ALLOW_MEMIO option now.  The logic was reversed because too many
 * older motherboards did not properly setup the memory mapped I/O so having
 * the driver favor this setting proved to be an "upgrade nightmare".

So, you are saying instead of having P5 systems crash, the default (in
GENERIC) is changed to make P6 systems crash? :)
