Hi, I am using FreeBSD version 2.1.6 I log in at console as the root user There is no error message as such. But when I try to use the vi Editor the content of a file looks scattered. It will not be neatly aligned as it should be. I too think the terminal settings are not right. But are they supposed to be? Please help. Thanks Regards Payal Wasan (email: wasanp@geocities.com) Christoph Kukulies wrote: > > > > Hi, > > > > I am Payal Wasan , using FreeBSD OP System. I am facing problems with > > terminal settings.
