Which is logical since TCQ only makes sense in devices that
are not slow like molasses by design ;-)

All Toshiba's I have also work fine with every FreeBSD rev
I threw at them. E.g.
(ncr0:4:0): "TOSHIBA CD-ROM XM-5301TA 0925" type 5 removable SCSI 2
