There has been the odd case of |a file being replaced with a directory of the same name, and the provided |script would remove such files first. This may have been what I was remembering, or it could be one of the 3.1.1 betas didn't have a preinst.sh. Anyway, it'd still be nice to be able to just rm -r and install the new one. Randall
