As Gennadiy Gulchin wrote: > I have Philips CDD 2600 and it seems I can not burn any CDs, > is there any kind of software/manpages how to burn CDs under FreeBSD 2.2.5 Loads of software. First, there's native kernel support that is supposed to work in 2.2.5. See under /usr/share/examples/worm, and see the LINT config file. Then, there's Jean-Marc Zucchoni's cdwrite port. It does everything in userland. Finally, Jean-Marc yesterday committed a port Jörg Schilling's cdrecord software yesterday, which is an operating-system independant effort supporting quite a number of CD-R drives. -- cheers, J"org joerg_wunsch@uriah.heep.sax.de -- http://www.sax.de/~joerg/ -- NIC: JW11-RIPE Never trust an operating system you don't have sources for. ;-)
