Do you know where the difference > is? > > tg Both come from netlib, but the independent BLAS is updated more regularly. The updated blas version is bigger and maybe more efficent. The only other difference there might be is that the independent blas port includes levels 1, 2 and 3, while lapack may offer a subset. Anyway, there shouldn`t be any problem. hope that helps, Pedro. BTW, it should be evident, but remember to nuke the "patches" dir on BLAS.
