For 2.2.2-RELEASE use: ifconfig fxp0 link1 link2 link1 - 100Mbs link2 - Full Duplex See the driver (fxp.h/c) for any more details... I used to have my box running 100mb/fdx with those settings in rc.conf - and no problems... (for 2.2.5 see the new media selection options etc. for ifconfig).
