Ah, OK, well to catch you and everyone else up: All I did was tag the snd/ directory into the 2.2 branch. Once tagged in, I was then going to re-sync my CVS repository as the next step and then apply the 2.2 (or 2.2/current, depending on the chosen use of #ifdefs) diffs to the appropriate branch. Unfortunately, folks seem to have jumped on this one rather quickly and have already filed PRs and such against the first-stage tagging operation.
