It seems so that the firmware is valid for all Seagate Python DAT 
drives, but I'm not totally sure. 

Mine is recognized as a

    ARCHIVE Python 28388-XXX 5.AC

and is a DDS2 DAT drive, but Andrew Heybey <ath@bellcore.com> 
received the same firmware (same name of the exe-file) for a 

    ARCHIVE Python 25501-XXX 5.45
