It then reads the file. It prints the bytes-per-second rate at which the computer can read and write files. Writing the 100 Megabyte file, 'iozone.tmp'...9.742188 seconds Reading the file...9.062500 seconds IOZONE performance measurements: 10763250 bytes/second for writing the file 11570493 bytes/second for reading the file zappa# --- cut --- I was hoping it did better than this.
