Grr.  I didn't notice this when testing (but it's there in the log).

This is the NFS accelerator stuff bloating the nfsnode (it's fully 
packed out already).

Can I have a judgement call on this - do we want the NFS performance 
enhancement in 2.2.8?  If so, what's the best way to avoid the 
structure bloat (which is bad?)
