Yes.  You'll need ipfw and natd.  Setup ipfw first, see the man page
for information and the changes you need to make to your kernel (you
will need to create a new kernel).  Set the type to OPEN in rc.conf
to get started.

Setup natd next, again see the man page and its suggested options.
