	I don't think this is out of the question.  I recently subscribed
to cvs-all ( about 3 weeks ago ) because I was curious to see what was
going on.  I assumed that cvs-all must also be on committers because now
I'm getting that mail as well :-)

	Anyways, I may fall into the above category.  Most ( ok basically
all ) of my coding now a days is in perl simply because it's usually a
matter of getting something done, and soon.  There was a time where I did
a "little" bit of C, but nothing even in the same solar system that you
folks are in.

	Yesterday I was going to ask if there was something that someone
without the coding skills to fix these things could do to help.  I didn't
bother because from tone of the thread alot of the difficulty seemed to be
in getting people help fix things in a semi-reasonable amount of time.
	I do have some time in a normal week to help, but like I said, no
where even close ( even in my dreams ) to coding skills to fix or review
these kinds of things.

	If there is indeed a desire/need and room for a person/persons to
help in this area then I would like to go on that list.
