WHAT?! Poul, I know that there is work afoot to make a vt emulator for syscons but isn't this a bit premature? We fro example are using pcvt for our development machines and I know that others are using it.. (I haven't compiled a NEW development machine for a while so I can't guarantee that it compiles TODAY, but it can;t be too broken because it did work as of a few weeks ago..) How much discussion went into this? I do know that sometimes a rutheless cleanout can be a good idea but some of the things you're cleaning out might be discussed a bit more.. julian On Sun, 27 Dec 1998, Poul-Henning Kamp wrote: > phk 1998/12/27 04:52:46 PST > > Modified files: > share/man/man4/man4.i386 Makefile > sys/i386/conf GENERIC LINT files.i386 > Removed files: > share/man/man4/man4.i386 pcvt.4 > sys/i386/isa/pcvt pcvt_conf.h pcvt_drv.c pcvt_ext.c > pcvt_hdr.h pcvt_kbd.c pcvt_kbd.h > pcvt_out.c pcvt_sup.c pcvt_tbl.h > pcvt_vtf.c > Log: > Pre 3.0 branch cleanup casualty #4: pcvt > > Revision Changes Path > 1.91 +2 -3 src/share/man/man4/man4.i386/Makefile > 1.136 +1 -8 src/sys/i386/conf/GENERIC > 1.515 +1 -8 src/sys/i386/conf/LINT > 1.210 +1 -7 src/sys/i386/conf/files.i386 > To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe cvs-all" in the body of the message
