Is that a CardBus device (I'd guess so by the CBE designation)?  If so,
you're SOL, as FreeBSD doesn't support CardBus at all yet.  If it's a
regular 16-bit PCMCIA card, my driver for various Xircom Ethernet cards is
almost ready for testing; it may work with that.  Keep an eye on -mobile
for the announcement :)
