Not that I know of.  It's basically a case of following whatever style is
in use around the area you're editing.  I haven't written anything about it
because (1) I don't actually know LinuxDoc, and (2) it's going to die a 
horrible flaming death just as soon as possible.

That said, if you want to write something up, I'm happy to include it
in the primer -- there's already an empty chapter waiting for it, and it'd
be good if you followed the style of the DocBook and HTML chapters.
