I have never used _that_ RTPDump but here is a guess... Try starting
RTPDump on port 23887 instead of 23886.

FYI, RTP actually consists of two protocols, RTP for data and RTCP for
control. RTP is transported on the baseport while RTCP is transported on
baseport+1.
