I do know that the Libretto 50CT and 70CT both didn't have a Vpp2 line at all, or had it not being able to supply 12V. Maybe something similar is going on here. I thought that the 100 and 110 were the same machine except for CPU, but maybe there is something different about how the machines are setup (eg one has PnP yes and one has no, so the pcic is getting setup slightly differently).
