This PR can be closed.

In a response that I received from Marinos J . Yannikos <mjy@pobox.com>, he
was fetching the Wraphelp.c thru a proxy server. His proxy server was
turning LF into LF+CR and that is what caused his build failure.

I sent his response back to freebsd-gnats-submit, and it is include in this
PR.
