Is there some sort of "meta doc" that tells you where to go to find
out about other things?  Lots of stuff is documented, but who knows
where it is.  Is it in the handbook?  Is it in a tutorial?  Is it an
article?

I guess that's a hard problem to solve unless it is all in one
place...
