No, but like I already stated someplace else: 1) Most projects are done by people on a volunteer basis 2) They cannot dedicate full-time work on that project, unless it happens to coincides with their normal work 3) Obviously, you cannot control their time Some projects are fast to respond, others aren't. In this particular case, my experiences with Tom have been good, he has always answered my mails within normal response time.
