Francisco,

     That's really great!  I'm glad to hear about someone else making making
some head-way.  This will be a great opportunity for you to get some good
experience and you'll be in a better position in the future to pass this
experience on to others.  At the same time, you'll be doing your company and
co-workers a service by introducing them to different/better technology.  Your
situation does seem similar to mine and maybe if we continue to share our
experiences, we can help each other and others who might be facing a similar
situation.  Keep up the good work.  8^}
