The first error appears, because your AWE 64 gives to many proposals for
possible PnP-configurations. Count the lines "start dependant" in your
verbose dmesg oputput; after the 8th one the error will appear, because
the PnP handler expects only up to 8 possibilities. On this list there
once was a patch to get rid of this message, but donīt bother, it wonīt
harm your system.

For the second error I donīt know. This never appeared on my system
since 4.0 RELEASE until todayīs 4.1 STABLE.
