Deborah confirmed what I had suspected, that Netscape is the culprit. However, as an interim solution I removed the <trademark> tags so at least the Programmers Guide doesn't look "tatty" in Netscape. Perhaps we ought to just put a global trademark recognition, along the lines of Deborah's wording, at the top of each article.
