I was going to do it in DocBook, because a) that's what the rest of
the FDP uses, b) if it goes over well I'd like to donate it to the
FDP, and c) I really need to learn DocBook.  I'm not sure what use
this would be in, say, PostScript[1], but it seems better to keep our
options open.

I was going to go through the FAQ and send-pr the section tags, so I
could coherently link to particular tags... that's my only real
prereq.

I know, I know, you'll take any documentation you can get.  :)
