I have no idea, and I couldn't comment further without access to their 
website, which is impossible because it's flash-only.

If Nsine are interested in attracting the interest of the non-Windows 
developer community, they will need to start by producing a 
standards-compliant website, or possibly publish the relevant information 
in some other, less hostile format.

Should an Nsine representative wish to contact me to discuss these issues 
further, they are naturally encouraged to do so.
