been there and done that... Jail has issues sharing sysv memory resources (for obvious reasons given the logic behind the jail) and thus isn't a viable solutions for some software packages. Jail also requires a complete reconstruction o fthe underlying OS regardless if you are running a complete virtual machine, or simple an insecure or rogue process. that become a little processor and partition expensive. valid RTFm given the scope of the question posted.
