We've got several Belkin KVM's at my office, and it seems like scrollwheel
functionality is a matter of luck. I once tried to find some
configuration that would reliably work or reliably not work, and I failed.
I just keep switching round mice until I find one that works.

I do have a few non-FreeBSD suggestions, though. You have probably tried
several of these already:

1. Reset the KVM
2. Change the KVM port that the computer is connected to.
3. Change mice (even if it's with another of the same model)
4. Plug the mouse directly into the computer, get the scrollwheel working,
then start using the KVM again. You should be able to work OK with the
keyboard and monitor plugged into the switch, and the mouse into the
computer, at least temporarily.

Hopefully you can benefit from my toil. :-)

You would think that, since it worked before, it must be a problem
with 4.3-RC. I'm afraid the problem might not be that straightforward.

Just be glad you didn't get a Linksys KVM. I hear that scrollwheels
almost never work on them.

Good luck.
