Actually I told him to leave it in CVSROOT/modules for now and
put it on his list to remove later.  Sometimes people get upset
when the module goes away while there are still supported releases
are out there that could potentially use it.  Personally I'm
indifferent to whether it should stay or go except for the fact
that some people seem to have great heartburn over it when it
suddenly goes away.

I think this is more pertinent to src because the Ports Collection
only has one branch but it seems that oftentimes when the entry is
removed from CVSROOT/modules too quickly that someone jumps up and
down screaming about how it is a bad idea.
