I've patched /usr/src/usr.sbin/pccard/pccardd with pcic-stable.diff.15b,
the only problem could be that patch complained about a reversed diff,
but applied it.

Switching back the options for pccardd, the sio card that is in slot 0
gets irq 11 assigned, but ed card cant get an irq.
