Now that 4.4-RELEASE is out and there are no other FreeBSD fires to put
 out ;), I updated the patch in the ports/28155 PR to match the HEAD
 bsd.port.mk and to move a chunk of the patch to the "post" section so it
 worked with more ports...  just thought I'd mention it in case anyone
 wanted to try out the alleged improvements to DESTDIR handling in ports.
