Thanks again, ed Quoting Jerry Eriksson <eip@coredump.cx>: | I looked around a bit and found a patch, | http://people.freebsd.org/~wpaul/conexant.patch.gz. I applied it to my 4.4R | box, and recompiled my kernel. | My device got up and runnig. And it works pretty good. | Great work wpaul! | | /Jerry | | On Thu, Nov 15, 2001 at 04:41:30PM -0800, Edwin Culp wrote: | > In current it comes up with the dc driver | > | > dc0: flags=8802<BROADCAST,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500 | > ether 00:50:8b:ad:19:75 | > | > I can configure it but it doesn't seem to quite work yet. | > | > ed | > | > | > Quoting Jerry Eriksson <eip@coredump.cx>: | > | > | Hi | > | | > | I've got a Compaq Presario 1700AE laptop. | > | I'm having trouble to get the NIC, a builtin Compaq 10_100 MiniPCI | Ethernet | > | to work.
