AFAIK, tkrat3 is soon to be released... Please feel free to remove tkrat and pull LATEST_LINK=tkrat2 out of tkrat2. I just resolved a conflict most simple way without asking anybody because the maintainer of the port was ports@FreeBSD.org. I have completely no intention of doing anything with tkrat, which I've never used. :) Argue with petef@ who's the maintainer of tkrat and do what you think is the best.
