what's wrong with Disk_Names() is that it should output *something*,
simple as that :)

the problem was due to a commit in libdisk by jkh which disabled
use of kern.disks which broke disk detection from non-root users.

For the record, see @arch, @qa and @re. :) I'm trying to get an MFC of a
recent commit to libdisk through that should fix this issue.

I'll be gone for a few days.
