They get installed if you want. I don't know about the presets on the
install (User, User + X, Minimal, etc); I always choose "custom selection"
of sets, and then I do not install the profiled libraries.

I've checked it on my system and I have only a few of them (maybe 2 or 3)
don't know why.
They are dated on april (because I installed 4.3-release and then upgraded).
You are safe to delete them, as I'll do now with this old files.
