It's not, really.  newvers.sh doesn't even change at all (through RC1,
2, etc.).  It still just says RC.

This is going to be tricky since there is no tag put down for the RCs.
The best you can hope for is an approximate date and/or time, but
chances are you're not going to end up with exactly what's in the RC2
ISO unless you install from it.
