Checking my last build logs it did not install "i386--freebsd4.4-licq"
The patch I commiited seeem to missed 2 lines in the Makefile.

The previous fix leave PLIST error.
I committed my previous fix.

1.04 installed it per default as "i386--freebsd4.4-licq"
