This isn't a cvs issue.  Looking in the ports commit logs
(CVSROOT/commitlogs/ports*) I found this:

    jkoshy      1999/11/22 19:43:43 PST

      Removed files:
	devel/cvslines       Makefile=20
	devel/cvslines/files md5=20
	devel/cvslines/patches patch-aa patch-ab=20
	devel/cvslines/pkg   COMMENT DESCR PLIST=20
      Log:
      Remove this port: cvslines sources have not been available for nearly
      half a year now and I've been unable to find a mirror or archive.

Please reassign this report to a ports guy and reimport the port if
required.
