I understand that the fix may be difficult.  That's why I included
the part about "if you don't have time to fix the underlying bug,
*at least* file a PR so that this issue isn't lost."  We seem to
go back and forth on the "only certain block/frag ratios work" issue.
If someone has an easy way to reproduce this, maybe we can finally lay
this issue to rest.
