Ids are never put into object files in the kernel, except in code with
style bugs. The reasons for this may be moot now. If possible,
__FBSDID() generates strings that are not loaded, and many much better
ways of bloating the kernel have been implemented (the size of a kernel
with no options is now about twice as large as a FreeBSD-1 kernel with
useful options).
