OK, now please note that my brain just had a minor hiccup.

Of course the above two are equivalent; what I meant is, neither of them
would catch the possibly-outdated 'up-to-date with index' case.
The way I do it is pkg_version -v | fgrep -v 'up-to-date with port' :)
