gnomeg is part of the guile-gnome port.  This should build just fine as
long as all of its dependencies are up-to-date.  Try doing a make clean
in /usr/ports/x11-toolkits/guile-gnome.  Make sure you have the latest
version of guile-gtk installed as well before you try to build
guile-gnome.

While the ports collection checks for dependencies, it doesn't check to
make sure all dependencies are up-to-date.  sobomax@ has a script to do
that, but as far as I know, it is still in the development phase.=20
Meanwhile, you should manually make sure everything is current.  Also,
check to see that you do not have two versions of the same port
installed (e.g. ORBit-0.5.4 and 0.5.15).  If you do, remove both of
them, then install the most recent version of the port.
