Today I cvsup-ed ports again. Now it's mozilla 1.0.rc1, freetype 1.3.1_2 and 2.0.9. Still getting same error :( Check to see if /usr/local/include/freetype exists. If it does, and you're already at freetype-1.3.1_2, rm -rf /usr/local/include/freetype, make clean in mozilla, then rebuild. Also, make sure that before you build galeon that mozilla and mozilla-headers are both at 1.0.rc1 (the current latest version).
