Does machine B have more than one network interface? If so, you
need to use nfsd's `-h' option (see `man nfsd' and add change
nfs_server_flags in rc.conf) on machine B to ensure that replies
come from the right address. Otherwise, tcpdump may help you to
determine what is happening to the NFSPROC_NULL requests.
