Forgot to mention.  You can freely use _any_ standard preprocessors
you like with your manpages.  While tbl(1) is invoked automatically,
the rest of preprocessors should be declared using a special "hint"
line in a manpage.  The hint line is the first line in the manpage,
and has the following format:

'\" <preprocessors>

where <preprocessors> are specified as the -p option argument.
