I don't find it very appropriate for someone to insinuate all Americans are=
=20
rich and live like kings and to complain about it in any list. If they want=
=20
what we have then they simply need to overthrow their little warlord based=
=20
governments and join the rest of the civilized world, do not hold it=20
against America and the west because their leaders are stealing from the=20
people and not allowing them to live comfortably.
