I don't find it very appropriate for someone to insinuate all Americans are
rich and live like kings and to complain about it in any list. If they want
what we have then they simply need to overthrow their little warlord based
governments and join the rest of the civilized world, do not hold it
against America and the west because their leaders are stealing from the
people and not allowing them to live comfortably.
