One of the things I really like about the FreeBSD base distributions is you get a good up to date BIND 8 included. In other words, its nice to have someone else follow BIND and sort out when to update it or not in the security branches, rather than me having to follow the BIND mailinglist and do it myself as well. I'm not worried about it going into 5.0 - I'm not planning to stop using 4.x any time soon :-) -- W.
