I appreciate that you want to clean up old KDE2 ports, but I think you're being rather too aggressive about it. The usual procedure that is followed here is to mark the port FORBIDDEN for a few months and see if anyone comes forward with an update. If no-one does after that time period has elapsed, then we know it's really unsupported by the ports community and can delete it.
