Oddly enough, that's what my next commit to install/chapter.sgml started=20
doing :-)
Now it's just grunt work to add the necessary <textobject>s everywhere
there's a media object. After that, it should just work. I'm going to
add a couple more tonight just to make sure there are no nasty
surprises[1], and then either do the rest tomorrow, or someone else can
beat me to the punch.

[1] I've got a nagging feeling that any '<' and '&' in the generated
=2Etxt files will need to be escaped to '<' and '&' as part of the
=2Esrc -> .txt conversion. I *think* there's a way of doing this in the
txtformats.ent document, so that when you have a line like
<!ENTITY txt.foo.bar SYSTEM "foo/bar.txt">
there's something that can be added to that so that bar.txt is treated
as though '<' and '&' were already escaped, but I can't for the life of
me remember what the syntax for that is.
