The problem seems to be that the libraries from graphics/tiff are still
there, but the entry in the port database isn't. It's fastest to just
install the port manually, and stick to using portupgrade in the future
when you want to upgrade stuff, portinstall when you want to add stuff,
and pkg_deinstall when you wish to delete stuff.
